BL Technical Services is a small group of consultants led by Andrew Leonard. It was created out of a need to provide honest IT support, consulting, and maintenance to small and medium-sized businesses.

In this industry, many providers are unfortunately not looking out for the best interests of their customers, but are looking for additional ways to line their pockets. Instead of recommending proper solutions or products for their clients, they recommend whichever ones give them the highest margins. BL Technical Services does not sell anything except its own service.

We recommend solutions and products that are in the best interest of the client and take no offense if they are purchased from a third-party. We believe that this eliminates the usual conflict of interest encountered when working IT service providers.

BL Technical Services, Inc. carries general liability, workers’ compensation, and professional liability insurance. General liability is provided by State Farm with a limit of $2,000,000. Workers’ compensation is provided by IWIF with a limit of $500,000. Professional liability is provided by Hiscox with a limit of $250,000. Certificates are provided by our insurance agents to our clients upon request.
