Managed Service Providers in Barrie, Ontario, Canada

We work with businesses in Central and Southern Ontario who've outgrown their current IT — whether that's a single in-house person, a break-fix arrangement, or an MSP that stopped being proactive. We hear the same things in every first conversation: the provider doesn't listen, doesn't take the time to understand the business, and doesn't give you what you actually need. ACT360 fills that gap. Every engagement starts with ACTION, our methodology for understanding the business before recommending anything. We assess what's actually happening. Comprehend why things are the way they are. Tailor recommendations to how the business actually runs. Implement without the big-bang cutover everyone's afraid of. Optimize through quarterly business reviews tied to outcomes, not ticket counts. And nurture relationships with the whole team so we're never starting from scratch. Because we handle IT, we're already inside the systems. We already know the team. We already see the full picture. When a client needs a new website, a custom application, or workflow automation, we're not starting from zero. That context produces better work. That's what 360 means. What's included in the partnership: → ACTION onboarding — discovery before any systems are touched → vCIO quarterly business reviews tied to business outcomes → Named contacts — not a rotating helpdesk → Proactive monitoring and maintenance → Microsoft 365, cloud migrations, vendor management → Website strategy, design, and development → Custom applications, client portals, internal dashboards, and integrations → AI and workflow automation connected to your systems → 90-day exit clause on Managed IT — because we shouldn't have to lock you in Consumer Choice Award winner.
