In 1985 Pratt Computing Technologies started providing tech support services for the Knoxville area, including Maryville, Alcoa, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, Blount, Loudon, Sevier and Anderson Counties. We began by writing programs for clients running DEC PDP-11 and VAX systems.

Over the years the services have changed, and today we provide a unique form of Managed Services, including Backup and Disaster recovery, which is focused on helping our clients' businesses run faster, better and smarter.

We believe that tech support in general needs to be much more than just supporting technology; it needs to focus on how the technology and strategy supports the business.

Our philosophy for Managed Services is Business First, Technology Second, which means that the technology needs to be in line with the technology strategy, which needs to be in line with the overall business goals and objectives.
