Cybercriminals are no longer “breaking in.” According to ConnectWise’s 2026 MSP Threat Report, compiled from real-world incident response investigations and customer telemetry, attackers are logging in. The common thread is trust. Attackers exploit normal business activity to avoid detection. This means traditional perimeter defenses are no longer enough. Businesses need to focus on preventing the misuse of access, not just blocking threats at the door.

How AI Powered Cyber Threats Are Changing Security Awareness
A phishing email used to have tells. Awkward wording. A strange sender address. A link that looked wrong if you hovered over it. Those signs still matter, but they are no longer enough. AI has made scams faster to create, easier to personalize, and harder to spot at a glance. A cybercriminal can now write a polished email in seconds, clone a voice from a short audio clip, or build a fake video that looks believable enough to trigger action. That changes the way organizations need to think...

Business Disruption: Key Ways to Keep an Incident Contained
A cybersecurity incident and a major business disruption are not automatically the same thing. Many businesses experience a security incident, contain it appropriately, and continue operating with minimal impact.
